GREAT experience with salesman Aaron Moore. I pretty much had my heart set on a Mercedes C Class, but I wanted to give myself a couple options PLUS the customer service was very POOR at Mercedes. So I started looking at the IS 350 as well. I called for more info & Aaron immediately called me back. He gave me a few reason why Lexus is better, & his hospitality was so great that I decided to go ahead and make the 2 hour drive. And it was worth it! I recently took my RX-350 in for regular maintenance and auto butler. The Lexus dealership is an hour from where I live. I asked how long the service would take. The service rep said they would contact me, but it would be all day. Luckily, he found an opening to get the auto butler completed earlier so I would not have to return nor hang out all day. I appreciate how they try to take care of you.
Excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned Lexus with Aaron M. Despite buying the least expensive vehicle on the lot, my family was so impressed with how we were treated.
